Service is hit and miss. You either get the staff that don’t so a word while you’re ordering and do the bare minimum, or you get the staff that go the extra mile, warm up your food and offer it in a for here mug/plate.

Bridgehead has been the perfect start to my mornings over the last couple weeks. I transfer to an STO bus at Bank/Albert to reach my office, so the location couldn't be more convenient. The coffee and scones are both fantastic!

This is one of the best coffee shops around. their coffee is tasty and fresh. if you dislike sweet coffee avoid getting flavour shots. I recommend getting an iced oat latte. when it comes to treats, I really like the muffins warmed up. One star I’m taking away is from the breakfast wrap, honestly it was a mess. I had a cheese and egg wrap and it was just big chunks of cheese and a bland scrambled egg wrapped up. And my wrap had dried out ketchup so that was gross. I would avoid getting wraps and just go for the coffee. It was really good. The baristas were very kind and helpful.

They've reopened this location to capture to civil servants forced to commute and closed the local, community local further down Bank.I'd avoid this place at all costs. They used to care about the communities they were located in u til they were sold and became just another coffee chain.There are many better small local coffee shops nearby

The AC hasn't worked since they reopened and on hot days it's a freaking sauna.Both bathrooms were out of order as well. Very odd. I'm sure they fixed that though.RIGHT?!

This location is back open! Super friendly staff and they sure make a delicious latte for early morning commutes! :)
My husband and I, and our son and his gf went there. Myself, my son and his gf had steamed or pressed drinks, which were fine. My husband had a regular coffee which turned out to be luke warm, He asked politely if they would toss it in the microwave, and was told that they had none and had no other way to heat it up. They offered to add some boiling water, but it was already slightly weak,so he declined. He drank the slightly warm coffee and we left. Won't return. At 22 dollars for a few coffee beverages, maybe they could drag in a 59 dollar Wally World mini microwave and stick it under the counter.

A good coffee spot that has many locations in Ottawa, reminds me of Jimmys coffee in Toronto. It has a nicely flavored coffee with lots of other speciality items such as apple cider and nice local beverages and soda waters. Most of the drinks are espresso based if you want something a bit more special than regular drip coffee. Reliable and preferrable over Starbucks if you want something with a few locations in the city

They treat their employees like trash on all levels. They expect people to work the maximum amount of hours for the least amount of pay. They emotionally abuse their Employees to little to no end, guilt trip them into working even if they literally can’t due to family emergencies, illness, etc. Whatever their neo liberal “business” tactics are. They render little to no productivity or consistency. Not one product is consistent and are sometimes barbarically contaminated with foreign objects, such as wood pieces, Bolts, glass, Etc. There’s nothing good about bureaucrats that make something as simple as a coffee house so complicated.
