The staff is always friendly and there are treats for your dog. Also a huge patio that has both sunny and shaded seating. A very chill spot.

The staff is great and friendly, but unfortunately, there aren't many places to sit since it's very crowded. This is a good sign for them. The coffee is delicious, but I miss the Bridgehead experience from before it was purchased. I also miss some of the classic menu items that were healthy and hearty; now it feels more like a big-box operation.

A great little branch of an Ottawa-born coffee shop! The team is always friendly and accommodating, even during busy rushes—no attitude or dismissiveness, no matter how long the line. I’m a fan of their coffee, though I wish they offered more variety in their bakery selection. Still, it’s a regular stop for me!
The woman who served us this afternoon was kind and nice to talk to. She managed the cash and making drinks while a co-worker counted a cash deposit. The drinks were well made and tasty. I do feel that the interior of the location looks a bit run down or perhaps just well loved by the locals!
