Had the cheese croissant and Assam tea. Didn't realize the croissant had herbs as well. What a pleasant surprise!! Service was excellent! Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu :)

When I travel to Ottawa from New York, I always get coffee at Bridgehead. The coffee is good, the go-withs are satisfying, and the staff is friendly. I am one who likes to go to the coffee shop and stay to read andor write letters. This Bridgehead location provides a quiet and calm atmosphere perfect for both. I can guarantee that when I return to Ottawa I will be at Bridgehead and make time in my visit for it.
Before Covid this was a Great neighborhood Cafe. Today will not visit or give my hard earn money to. Baristar's are insufferable know it alls. Heavy Cream is against their policy to give to customers because of health concerns. One of the Stupid reasons. Pompous attitude.Dietary restrictions: No understanding for my dietary restrictions.

Simply had an iced vanilla latte and it was made to perfection! Enjoyed it so much I even stopped to another Bridgehead location on my way out of town the following day. Would visit again!

Excellent coffee! The dark roast (Bytown Boom) was as strong and tasty as my Tim Horton's order of small Dark Roast with three espresso. Definitely recommend for coffee drinkers.Very good customer service as well...very friendly staff.
