You are guaranteed the best Americanos in Ottawa if you hit up a Bridgehead.
Always great service, friendly staff and some great snacks.
This one is also situated in Old Ottawa South.

Excellent pumpkin spiced latte, excellent wrap, great cookie. Love the atmosphere and the staff were both super sweet and kind.

The owner is too cheap to fix the air conditioning since last summer. The shop is currently a unbearable sauna. I feel sorry for the staff as they are suffering. This cheap scape wants you to buy $6 coffee, but doesn't maintain the Site.
Chris makes the best flat whites, and he has a signature tear drop design for your latte art!
Chris gives some of the best service I’ve ever witnessed/received. He’s very funny, and very nice, as well as efficient at his job. If you want to have a great latte beverage and good service go see Chris in the mornings at this location!
Vicky and Nigella also deserve a shout out, they do a fantastic job and have the best friendly attitude! These three folks are some great people!

Great local coffee shop with delicious coffee and food stuff. Outdoor patio was open and thoroughly enjoyed it. Support local, I say!

What appeared to be discrimination - while I was given little attention and shoved my coffee, the server opened up and engaged in friendly conversation with the next customer, a white couple. Unfortunate that that should happen.

They had a world class barista here, guy with a beard, always friendly, but management is terrible, so he's gone now. I'm tired of great service industry people leaving restaurants and coffee shops because managers are so toxic.
I love bridgehead so much,I just wish they would make those breakfast burritos a little more hearty

The service was good, the atmosphere was fine, but the food and coffee wasn't great. It is a slightly more upscale Starbucks.

I really like coming to this coffee shop, their matcha is amazing! The quality is always consistent, and food tastes fresh. It’s also a good place to study. The vibe is relaxed, there’s usually enough space to settle in with a laptop, and it’s not too loud or distracting.
One of the things I really like is the people. The staff is always friendly, and a lot of the customers seem to be regulars. There’s a nice, low-key community vibe, and it just feels like a comfortable, welcoming place to be.

I live close by this location and get a latte pretty much every day. It's almost always busy but the baristas are always friendly! Chris and Nick are especially great, going above and beyond with each transaction.

They have Kettlemans breakfast sandwiches now, yum.
Nick and Cristopher were super nice, very helpful and hilarious.
I had not a single clue what I wanted to order and they were patient with me lol.
Tasty flat white with oat milk and vanilla!

Hands down the worst coffee experience I’ve had in Canada.
Medium roast filter coffee was $2.70!
The coffee was so acidic it was undrinkable, and for the prices they were charging I expected better.
Avoid if you have any sense
