I've always loved it here. Good vibes, despite being personally very emotionally charged for me. I'm a powerful psychic medium and cafes are very high energy. I have my own tools to combat this however. Great ham and cheese croissant.

The staff at this location are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. I’m a long-time fan of Bridgehead.
I was about to walk in, craving some of their coffee, but decided against it.
Right at the entrance was a massive propaganda flag, and that made me turn around and head to SuzyQ instead.

A few days ago, I ordered an Americano and had to wait more than 25 minutes for my order, even though everyone who came after me had already received theirs. It turned out that the staff had forgotten about me, even though I was standing in front of the bar the entire time. I was with my child, and we were very tired from waiting. In the end, I did receive my Americano, but it was almost clear - like plain water. I’m very dissatisfied with the service.

Staff at this location are friendly. Nice place to enjoy your coffee or even get a cup on the go before heading out to work.

the only coffee shop company in town that doesn’t allow dogs in. if you hate dogs then this is the coffee shop for you!

Very good coffee but service must be improved. Rude at counter and impolite at the milk/sugar station!

Service was fine, espresso was burnt and terribly bitter. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the space while busy was quite loud and made for difficult conversations. The layout is also rather awkward and traffic doesn't seem to flow organically. Won't be back again soon.
