Appreciates a spot in the corner to chat. Found the music a bit loud.

Very good coffee but service must be improved. Rude at counter and impolite at the milk/sugar station!
Service was fine, espresso was burnt and terribly bitter. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the space while busy was quite loud and made for difficult conversations. The layout is also rather awkward and traffic doesn't seem to flow organically. Won't be back again soon.
worst hot chocolate i’ve EVER had. i got a large and it was tiny, i got a croissant and it was gross, and overall way to

I would normally give this Bridgehead 5 stars - BUT....The "but" is that they used to close at 7 PM (which I always thought was a little early - but could live with it). Last time I was there, they announced they were closing at 6 PM as "Winter Hours."Now, I could see them closing early to save some money if the place was a dead zone - but it is not. A lot of people go there. Lots of people stay and sit inside, and a lot of people do "to go." When my friends and I are there, it has never been empty. Never! Now, we will have to find another coffee place to meet at - because closing for the day at 6 PM is just too early for us. We will miss it, sadly.(Avoid the burrito - as it is a tasteless letdown, apparently. )
Vegetarian options: They generally have baked vegan and gluten-free treats (if you are hungry).
Dietary restrictions: They make a good vanilla bean latté with oat milk (not quite as good as the Starbucks version - but okay).

Barrista makes an exaggerated amount of noise cleaning the machines. She was banging so loudly, a customet said something and she asked then to leave. First off, no, youre not just doing your job kid, youre being passive aggressive and causing severe discomfort to customers. You CLEARLY do not know how to properly clean the machine. Youre being a ignorant entitled little girl. Stop it! This tantrum went on for quite some time, and even people in the far back started to leave. Just nuts

Great staff but really disappointed by the "small" size which is barely two sips. Just do yourself a favor and order a medium.

I love this place. Always get good coffee and good service. The building itself is also nice and comfortable, so you can have a relaxing time enjoying a good coffee.
