Went in for lunch with a friend with reduced mobility. Service was cordial but not proactive to offer to help out by bringing the food or drinks to us. Sandwich was good. My friend had a salad and loves going there because they have options for her specific diet requirements (celiac). I bought the matcha latte and didn’t enjoy my drink at all because of the added vanilla flavour/sweetener.

An unfriendly austere place for a newcomer. Entry is to a blank area, it's not clear where one places an order. The right side is filled with people each occupying a whole table to work on their laptops. Seating for a group of three was awkward and elicited glares from the regulars. However once these obstacles are navigated, the food and coffee are good.
