I frequent this coffee shop on a regular basis. The staff are extremely friendly, and very accommodating. Stacey, the manager is absolutely amazing. She is always smiling, and is very interactive with her customers. I always enjoy talking with her, and think she is a very caring, giving individual. Truly a great coffee shop!

Since Bridge Head got sold their quality has been terrible. Their food is bland, smaller, some good products for discontinued. What really disappointed me was their recent decision to discontinue the XL size drinks. I've been noticing that their latte now are very light and mostly foam. Here is my large latte once the foam settles. If you want a proper drink, Bridge Head is sadly no longer the place to go.

This bridgehead location is amazing. Went there yesterday and had a great experience. The location is tidy and the decoration is so pretty. Such a cozy place to drink coffee at. The 2 staff members that were there were great as well. Delicious coffee and good customer service. The staff (specifically I think her name was Natalie) answered my questions about my drink with a smile which is always nice :) Keep up the good work!

I come here often to get some work done and I love the atmosphere. The staff keep things tidy and clean, and are very friendly and helpful! I do think the small size they offer for an iced drink is ridiculous. It’s literally the size of a small snack container, but is upwards of five dollars. Apart from that, I love it!

Went in for lunch with a friend with reduced mobility. Service was cordial but not proactive to offer to help out by bringing the food or drinks to us. Sandwich was good. My friend had a salad and loves going there because they have options for her specific diet requirements (celiac). I bought the matcha latte and didn’t enjoy my drink at all because of the added vanilla flavour/sweetener.
