the service of the 2 ladies working thursday noon-time was horrible. i was the only customer. i tipped & still wasn't treated well. i think you ladies could improve from using phrases like "hello" ""can i help you" "thank you" and smiling. and let the customer know what their total-amount owing is (rather than staring blankly at the customer until i i confirm the total&pay. i work in the customer service industry, so i know that its not hard to give atleast a mediocre customer service experience (esp when the store is dead!). if i treated my customers the way these ladies treated me, id be in the office having to explain to my manager what went wrong.
