the service of the 2 ladies working thursday noon-time was horrible. i was the only customer. i tipped & still wasn't treated well. i think you ladies could improve from using phrases like "hello" ""can i help you" "thank you" and smiling. and let the customer know what their total-amount owing is (rather than staring blankly at the customer until i i confirm the total&pay. i work in the customer service industry, so i know that its not hard to give atleast a mediocre customer service experience (esp when the store is dead!). if i treated my customers the way these ladies treated me, id be in the office having to explain to my manager what went wrong.

Very clean and neat(even the little lids, spoon, and condiment section) store.I had a Cherry Lemon Loaf with a medium coffee and it was yummy!Lots of open sitting area as the store is located inside a mini-foodcourt at Bell Centre.Modern layout and sitting arrangement.Great menu selection and food quality.Quick service with a warm-greeting.Definitely coming back here. :)

Tasty stuff , the gentleman in the staff was mean/arrogant against one of the ladies, didn’t like that and not going again if he is around
They have amazing honey there as condiment. On top of regular very good coffee. I keep asking them, where they got it, but never received a useful answer. Oh well, it's smart to have such secret so I keep buying their coffee.

Bridgehead is a nice chain. Am a frequent visitor in westboro, since it’s work friendly place. Quiet & nice to work. Unfortunately the one in Elgin isn’t accommodating laptops. No outlet for charging. Except that no complains. Love their latte. They are supporting local farmers directly which is good to know.

Amazing experience! I brought my reusable mug and the barista was super accomodating and creative considering restrictions. She offered to empty my lemonade from their glass cup to my mug ''contactless''. Affordable considering the quality. Love it! Also enjoyed the trees creating shade over the patio
