I found the service very friendly. It is obviously a very popular place. Many people were coming through. My mocha was very good. If I am in the area again I will be stopping by again.
Great group working at this spot!

Matcha latte taste like grass, fishy and bitter!!!!
The music is way too loud and disruptive here to have a conversation, work, etc.
Can be a busy place
I came into Bridgehead today for the first time on my lunch break since it is super close to my office. There were so many delicious looking options but I went with an iced sugar cookie latte per the recommendation of the cashier (can't remember their name unfortunately). It was so yummy, and I will be coming back for sure. The staff were so nice! Sometimes I find that barista's at the smaller chains are not always the friendliest (likely from being busy) but Avery made my drink and they even made sure I liked it before I left because I mentioned never having been to Bridgehead before. Highly recommend this cafe!
I came to bridgehead for the first time today, and safe to say, I will totally be making it a regular stop of mine. Avery took my order and was so friendly and patient while I was deciding what to get. I believe the person who made my drink (iced soy vanilla latte) was Kevin, and it was one of the best latte's I have had in a while. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and seemed to be happy to be there. When I wanted a snack, I got the chocolate quinoa loaf as suggested by Izzy (I think that was their name) and it was very tasty. There is a fair bit of seating available which was perfect as I came in to do some work. I would recommend this cafe if you are looking for a nice place to do some working while having a drink!

This is two visits in a row where I’ve gotten a pretty bad coffee. I tried the pumpkin cold foam iced coffee today and there was no cold foam. She added more for me and it just disintegrated as it went on. The drink itself tasted awful; I actually dumped it out and went to Starbucks.
I was told that a large size is 18 ounces but the people making my drink insisted a large was only 16 ounces. It would be helpful if all the employees were aware of the sizes of their drinks. I got 24 ounces (50% more) at Starbucks for only 45¢ more.
I prefer going local where I can but this Bridgehead is getting taken off my list.

Worst latte art ever, lol

Reasonable coffee shop at the heart of Ottawa downtown. There is a bus stop just outside the shop which can be unappealing

I was quite sad that the Bridgehead I went to daily on Bank was closed, so I decided to come here after work to grab a coffee. Definitely not as good as the other locations! It tasted as if it had sat all day ?

Hi Bridgehead management, you might want to tell your two tellers that were working at 1:39pm on Februray 1st to get their heads up from their phones and to take their headphones off and notice that I was standing in front of them for 15 seconds. Absolutely zero awareness or acknowledgement. You just lost some business.

Great coffee and customer service. They have enough staff in the morning that the wait time was negligible despite being very busy.
