This is my favorite place for an Americano. Conveniently located on Sparks at Metcalfe, Bridgehead never disappoints when it comes to quality coffee.
Perfect for a quick stop while strolling around Sparks Street or Centretown. They always have a few vegetarian options, and the pastries are consistently delicious. I especially love the peanut butter energy bites.
The staff are friendly, service is excellent, and there’s even a cozy little patio out front to relax on.

Walked in, it had a hint of a coffee shop smell but also had some other smell lingering around. The vibe felt cold and sad.
Most shelving was empty which isn’t the best look, again creates a very cold feeling/environment.
Got a latte it was good, nothing bad and nothing above and beyond, it did the job.

The staff is extremely nice at this location. I particularly have an issue with the Run Club that comes in every Saturday morning. they are extremely loud and inconsiderate about their surroundings. they will laugh and chat very loudly and block the entrance and walkway of the store which is a hazard and accessibility issue.

Very rude barista working there with zero customer service skills. You can’t just shout at customers because they are standing in the middle and blocking the way. You can simply ask them politely to move. I’ve seen this lady doing the same act few times. Manager/owner you need to watch over your employees
