The coffee beans at this café are quite average. The interior design is nice, but the coffee itself isn’t worth making a special trip for—unless you’re passing by and just want to grab a cup out of curiosity.

I had some delicious lattes in the past here and at other Bridgeheads. More recently however, the lattes have been stale and terrible. The baked goods are so sweet they are inedible. Overpriced for the quality. Would not recommend this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews however my experience at this coffee shop was so bad I felt compelled to leave one. The latte tasted stale and they gave me the wrong milk. There was a girl with curly hair who served me and she was very unfriendly, lots of attitude. First time and last time I will visit bridgehead.
Cute coffee shop with nice staff. The sitting area is clean and charming.
If I wanted attitude I would have made it myself. There is no need to go to Bridgehead anymore, considering the other options in the area.
Awful. I would never go here. Management is the worst.
This location’s manager taped a “no Amex” sticker on the point of sale terminal.
Not only does this Bridgehead take Amex, Bridgehead receives free advertising from Amex’s “Shop Small” promotional campaign.
I know Bridgehead recently sold to a larger company, but it’s disappointing to see underhanded business tactics at the cash register.
Big shoutout to the staff; the customer service was excellent, answered all questions very kindly. Excellent café downtown and worth the walk :)
Friendly staff
Standard fare in a relaxed comfortable environment and good location. The Wi-Fi is roughly 30. Good ergonomics. Best of all, they play cool music. While we were here we heard Elephant Stone, a Canadian band and Neil Young, of course Canadian as well.

Coffee is over roasted, not a location issue, it’s the beans. They’ve lost their way a few years back. The coffee does work well with cappuccinos and lattes, but not on its own.

Promot & friendly service. Cosy chairs for discussions with colleagues.

Nice coffee shop in the downtown. Good choice of blends and plenty of seating despite the limited size.
