The best damn coffee in all of Ottawa. Period. I go out of my way to come to this location. Don’t ever close this down. The coconut chicken curry wrap is awesome. The cookies are awesome. Keep up the amazing service, food and coffee!!!

In case you show up with money on your bridgehead app, fyi, they've changed to a new system and app and at this point will not accept any money you loaded onto your Bridgehead app/card. Terrible move by the new owners Pilot Coffee to go live to new system with no capability to take Bridgehead money from app/card. Unheard of. #Nasty #DoBetter

I can’t understand why their small cappuccino is different from the medium one. When I ordered the medium cappuccino, it came with just the right amount of foam and latte art, but the small cappuccino was just poured into a deep mug with milk and foam. One of my drinks was incorrectly made, and they just apologized and moved on. I really expect much on this café, but now I'm hesitant to try another branch.

Saturday June 29th - 5:50pm and they refused to serve coffee due to closing soon. Very unprofessional and should serve until 6pm. Even mentioned the coffee box was a for an event and they didn’t care. Lazy employees it seems. Will not be returning.

The store was very dirty from the counter of spoons, the floors, the tables, and oh, the washroom. I understand that there might be short Staffs but I think cleanliness is very important. It makes me wonder, how clean is the dishes and backstore when you notice all of this. I might think twice before going back to this location. Jacques L.
