The best damn coffee in all of Ottawa. Period. I go out of my way to come to this location. Don’t ever close this down. The coconut chicken curry wrap is awesome. The cookies are awesome. Keep up the amazing service, food and coffee!!!

In case you show up with money on your bridgehead app, fyi, they've changed to a new system and app and at this point will not accept any money you loaded onto your Bridgehead app/card. Terrible move by the new owners Pilot Coffee to go live to new system with no capability to take Bridgehead money from app/card. Unheard of. #Nasty #DoBetter

This is my go-to-spot for any of my coffee needs. I love their centro house blend and the smiles of the baristas. They really make the place inviting! But recently, I have noticed the lack of chalkboards and makes the place really dull. The vibe without it is really impersonal and sad. Bring back the chalk board!
