Super friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Batista was great. Had a breakfast muffin, it was nice and warm. Overall environment was really great as well, nice interior in a good location.

COOL VIBE AND GOOD COFFEE. My husband and I enjoyed this coffee shop. We bought beans to go because we liked the coffee. I had a flat white and he had an iced coffee. Friendly staff. Clean inside. Good music. No complaints.

Before it was sold and resold to different owners, Bridgehead used to be mich better as a local chain — bigger tea selection, more treats, fresh bread, soup, etc — but it's still not bad, and one of the few cafés that does loose-leaf tea in pots properly.
This particular location is outside of the central government/business area in the Wellington Village restaurant district. It's a bit run-down, but cozy and popular. I think of it as the neighbourhood's communal living room.

Do they really need to be drilling and doing renovations during opening hours ? The management clearly has no common sense. My noice cancelling headphones didn’t even block the noice because it’s that loud !!!!!!! It’s a freaking coffee shop ! People need peace and quiet to work n read !!! If thyme and again was open on a Monday I would have gone there instead
