Came here for the first time on a trip to Ottawa. Originally we made our order and let them know we would sit and wait outside for our beverages. It had been sometime and when we went to check on our order it turns out they had forgotten.Not only were the staff here kind and courteous, but very quick to rectify the issue and gave us vouchers for beverages for the next time.Our coffees were freshly made and delicious. Overall very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

This is one of my favourite locations. The staff here is always so friendly and kind. The service is great. My favourite thing to do is have a coffee at their outdoor tables. The pistachio espresso was my favourite drink of the summer. I really wish they had it year-round.

This is my second time trying bridgehead. First time at this location. I ordered a large iced coffee - the staff handed me a black coffee with ice cubes. For the price I should have just ordered a coffee and let it cool down. When I asked for them to add cream and sugar they pointed to the side where you had to add in your own sugar and cream. Whenever you go to other coffee places they add this in for you. The coffee itself didn’t taste to bad but the fact that you have to add sugar that doesn’t melt then you’re left with a grainy coffee was not the greatest. I don’t think Bridgehead is for me.
