Excellent pour over coffee.
Update: drip coffee was meh.
Didn't have pour over option anymore.
This isn't the same Bridgehead since the sales to 2nd cup.
Will stick with Happy Goat 🐐

Heard great things and was recommended to go to this location. Had a London Fog that was alright but the Egg and Cheese wrap was awful.
Taken right out of the case and thrown into a microwave with the two layers of wraps still on the outside and then put back onto a plate and brought out. Soggy on one half and very firm on the other half.

The aesthetics here are nice. Also cool that they roast their own beans. Plenty of space to work or meet. Wifi is available as is indoor or outdoor seating.
Unfortunately, the drinks may be organic, but they aren't as natural as claimed. I prefer coffee shops that make their own chais and stuff, but here they just use store bought syrups and concentrates.
The decaf i had was good and they offer Lactaid milk (50 cents more) which is rare, but still disappointed for this being such a big, popular chain that the coffee didn't blow me away.

I hate to give a high score to this place as it may make it difficult to find a table but it is ideal for meetings with friends & family. Try the shaken pumpkin spice latte if it’s the season!!!

The customer service is really bad here. It feels like they don’t even care about their job. When I asked what was in the Chipotle burrito the guy at the front just said he didn’t know. He didn’t even try to check for me. I dont eat meat so to play sure I opted for the veggie burrito. When I opened it I realized he gave me the chicken burrito! When I claimed the mistake, he didnt even apologize or care about it. Management should be working more on the hiring process. At least hire people who seem happy working at your coffee shop.

Always fresh sandwiches and, to my taste, the most delicious coffee!
Nice staff!

Great place! Lovely servers, very nice and cool atmosphere, absolutely delicious coffee. The baked goods also looked great, though I didn’t try any. We originally wanted to join their roastery tour they run once a month, but unfortunately couldn’t get tickets. When we asked the staff about it, the person who runs the tour came and spoke to us and was very kind and apologetic for our mistake! He went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t leave there feeling like we missed out. A wonderful place with wonderful staff!

Ordered a coffee on uber eats this morning cause I was having a busy morning and didn’t have time to go to the store to get more milk for a coffee at home. Went on to Bridgehead cause I wanted to try their iced latte. when i saw the small was $5.40 i assumed it must have been a big small and boy was I wrong. I burst out laughing when the coffee arrived. My car keys were bigger than it. Charging $6 for this is actually insane. Will not be purchasing again.
This is a good place to gather with friends to have a coffee with a baked treat or a sandwich. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Basically there is no service, ordered beigals with cheese and begals with smoked meat. Begals were not fresh and over-microwaved! All chesse were melted and begals were very softened.

Bridgehead no longer sells their excellent Dark n Tasty dark roast decaf - only a lame medium roast decaf. But they told me it’s sold at Farmboy and on Amazon! That makes no sense. They’re limiting grind options to one generic one-size-fits-all for online orders. They’ve closed their popular Golden Ave branch. Their food offerings have diminished over the years since it was first sold to Aegis (remember their soups?!). It’s too bad their new owners, Pilot Roasters, are continuing to water down all the things that made Bridgehead excellent. After 15 plus years of buying all our coffee from Bridgehead, we’re switching to Kaffe, a truly local roaster on Boyd Ave.
Ps- evidently some local roasters would have bought Bridgehead and kept it local, but the sale was kept quiet so they never got the chance. It’s sad to think of what could have been!

Always love this place, drop by frequently as it is the closest local eatery that is open at 6:30 am.
