My chai latte with oat milk was good, but the ambiance was a bit weird. I like the industrial vibe but there were a lot of weird people, I wasn’t feeling safe !
Not a lot of outlets either, not the best place to work from.

Alex and the crew behind the counter are always super friendly and happy to see our AHC crew show up at 7:15 every Friday morning. How he manages to remember each of our regular orders amazes me!

The setting is lovely, the staff is friendly and the coffee is excellent. However, a small downside for the salmon bagel: I found it quite bland. Tomato doesn’t pair well with salmon, and I think it would be better replaced with arugula or avocado.

I accidentally got my l myself locked out of my car. The staff were amazing in trying to help me get back in. Two of the gentlemen actually came out in -18°c and got a coat hanger to help me get back in. Absolutely amazing and honestly not too sure what ive would've done if it weren't for their generosity. Super thankful!

Every Friday our workout group heads to this location for coffee & snacks. We occupy a lot of space. There is often twenty of us. We are always greeted warmly. There is always ample space for us to sit & enjoy our coffee.
Service is quick & efficient. Lattes, matcha & tea are delivered hot and to order. Many in our group enjoy the breakfast wraps.
A special shout out to barista supremo Alex. He has now learned many of our drink preferences by heart & starts getting them ready when he sees us. He is always quick with a smile & a morning greeting. Alex is a big asset to the Bridgehead operation & represents the cafe well.

The space has a great look, and it’s pretty cool that they roast their own beans. There’s plenty of room to work or meet up, with both indoor and outdoor seating and reliable Wi-Fi.
That said, while the drinks are marketed as organic, they’re not as “natural” as advertised. I usually prefer cafés that make their own chai and specialty mixes, but here they rely on store-bought syrups and concentrates.

Well corporate, Pilot Coffee Roasters I guess, is starting to ruin what even aegis brands didn’t mess with for years.
Wretched loud Christmas Muzak, replacing classy British stoneware with Chinese made Japanese style mugs that were trendy 5 years ago, trimming menu, and so on.

I did not enjoy my pumpkin spice latte or chocolatine. However the atmosphere is great.

Main Bridgehead is a standout spot with its industrial factory/bakery aesthetic—think large coffee roasters and pastry ovens that add so much character. Despite not having tons of seating, the high ceilings and open layout give it a spacious, airy feel. The coffee is fantastic, the pastries are delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. With the recent change in ownership, I truly hope they preserve what makes this place so special. Highly recommended!

Bridgehead has lost its charm from before they were locally owned. Too many classics were taken off the menu. But I still prefer going here than Starbucks.

Coffee was not tasteful. Sat inside and was greeted by a cocroach running on the table. Told staff and they seemed to either know cause she just smiled and no apology. Wow.
