February 17 at 752 pm we place order 2 order onion rings and 4 order zucchini 70 bucks it was all burnt to ..it like black like really bad oil was old food hard just really bad his son. Answer the phone and was working it was a bad experience how can you not cook onion rings or zucchini or change your oil this place has gone to the dumps dont waste your money trust me its a waste

We ordered 2 pizzas and wings last Wednesday, January 21 2026.and we still have not heard back for a resolution.
1)One pizza, beef, was burned and the meat didn't taste right. 2)The second Pizza had cheese that was not fully melted. 3)The wings were as hard as rock, and felt over cooked..... possibly they were reheated over and over again. 4)Yet what made it worse was the service by the cook, Sam, who would not allow us to talk to the owner, as we called back as soon as we could. It was too late to give them feedback as we had oredered close to closing. 5)Moreover the delivery man ( Farouk?) had dropped another person's pizza over our own, making for a big unpleasant mess. 6)He was also very impatient ringing the door bell without waiting a few seconds to do it again. We had been ready, and we're going to answer the door. He was argumentative, as then a lady of the house ,was asking why he was impatient with the door bell .
7)Finally we called and asked for the manager, but every one is a manager. Sam was blocking our call .....so,.we hope to get in touch with the right owner or main manager. Preferably the owner. We spent $72.99 ($73). Then the same cook, Sam,told me he was making a pizza right on the spot, when we called again a couple of days later. We did not need /want pizza then. Not now. He was forceful. Nosy and hung up on us twice We feel robbed. The food was awful. Please help how to reach the rightful owner. To the owner, if you are reading this, please help. You have my number. Ask Sam. Please.

Wow. This is the best pizza we’ve in years, perhaps ever. We just arrived from out of town and chose this place randomly for delivery to hotel and we were thrilled with the quality and price. Thank you Bronson Pizza for starting off our Ottawa trip on a high note! We may be ordering again while we’re here
First time ordering from this Pizza restaurant, I will definitely order again. The owner (I’m assuming) was friendly and happy. The toppings were plentiful and 2 large pizzas were more than 4 adults could eat. Very good pizza.

Bronson serves up elite delivery pizza. 🍕Can’t go wrong with the straight-up cheese, and I love their sauce! Added bonus is they’ve got their own delivery drivers, so delivery is always fast and reliable.
