Great Taste and Quality at Burger Factory!
I had a fantastic experience at Burger Factory! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. The menu offers a nice variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, making it a great spot for a casual meal. The prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. The management cannot be respective with the worker, why would we eat from it ? I would like to say that is this is the worst service and management and food and communication I have ever experienced. this restaurant is the worst in the world.

Me and my son had order the juicy Lucy and Nashville hot Chicken and it was as delicious. Very friendly staff !!
A second visit on July 21,2025 made me very disappointed with a staff who looks like a new hire and of Indian origin male that greeted me with you can’t dine in only take out and didn’t even say hello . Then goes on to making burgers and I noticed he is wearing gloves however he kept wiping off his sweat with his hands and continuing to make the burgers , that was unsanitary and very gross. Asked him to refund my money and he spoke loudly back to me saying he started my order already and that I need to speak to a manager for a refund. He got on my last nerve and I tried to maintain my composure and not be rude but I couldn’t hold back and told him that I don’t wanna get sick from his germs . A nice lady that worked there helped me with the refund.
