The only good thing about this place is the food itself. Everything else is about as poor as it gets. 0 customer service. The cashier looked and sounded like she didn’t even want to be there and her attitude was even worse. It takes them forever to make the food, a good 15-20min per order so keep that in mind before you go there. Also the intercom announcing orders is annoying.

I ordered a cheeseburger combo (cheeseburger, french fry, canned Pepsi product) for $14.98.The dining area is a "warehouse decor" and seats at least 26 poeple. It is spacious, clean and colourful (yellow/white/black.) The menu is well-done and easy to read. The server was very pleasant. She was also the cook, but the place was not that busy at the time, so that was not an issue. They offer lots of burger options and they are fully customizable. There is metred street parking available.The fries cound not be better!! They were amazing, and the burger was incredible. Everything tasted super fresh and the bun was soft and delicious as well. In all seriousness, I will be hard-pressed to find a better burger in Ottawa.
