Burger King is a guilty pleasure of mine which I indulge once in a while, knowing that I will feel the fast-food effect after. That being said, oh boy do they have the dopamine delivery figured out! Be it a whopper or the Bacon King, I can be sure that the immediate enjoyment is almost always present.The St Laurent Blvd location of Burger King is really starting to show its vintage. They do a decent job of keeping the place running, however, given today's competitive market and high fast-food prices, this location should really consider upping its facility to keep people from choosing elsewhere to eat.I am not sure how long it would last, but a deep clean of the dining area might go a long way to improve the atmosphere. There is a generally prevalent greasy feeling on almost everything that you come in contact with, suggesting ventilation may be the issue. This is just the opinion of someone with absolutely no knowledge in these things, so take it with a grain of salt.

This is a burger king. If you like burger king food, you'll like this placeStaff is reasonably good although it is frustrating to stand at the cash waiting to order while everyone runs themselves ragged fulfilling drive through, which does seem to take priority over sit in customersThey have yet to mess up my order (I am particular on toppings) so that's a plus

So we arrived here today at 2:10pm. Accidentally missed the speaker to order (just drinks) waited in line at the window. When we got to the window, we apologized to the woman, telling her we accidentally drove by the window. Instead of taking our order, she advised us to drive back around to the ordering speaker. By this time, there were more cars behind us.Why would the employee refuse us? That is not Cutomer Service at its best. I've made this mistake a few times before and always the employees are kind enough to ring it through at the cash.Please do better.. some people are on lunch and did wait their turn in line but accidentally miss the speakers. They shouldn't be punished for that.

I give this place 5 stars because they are always friendly, the food comes out hot. Sometimes the service is a little bit slow, but who isn't these days? I always take the drive thru. The lane definately needs repair, with very large pot holes all throughout. The external of the building looks like it's falling apart, but what can you expect when you just want to get something quick to eat in the car before you get home.

Burger king keeps it's taste that it has always have, tangy and good.
Good place, for the kids. Good portion and not bad price. The service was friendly. So that's good. Washrooms however was so so. But overall, we had fun.
