Very disappointing customer service. Every time I visit, there is no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make customers feel welcome. The staff come across as unfriendly and uninterested. On top of that, the prices are extremely high for what is essentially just a burger and fries. For the amount they charge, I would expect much better service and a more pleasant experience.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer since they first opened, and unfortunately the experience has only gotten worse. Every time I dine in or place a pickup order, the Punjabi gentleman working there is consistently rude to both employees and customers. On top of that, the food is extremely overpriced for a burger restaurant. I would not recommend this place based on the customer service alone.

If you're looking for a solid, no-nonsense burger, this is the place. I got the double smash burger and it had those perfect crispy, lacey edges and plenty of melted cheese. The brioche bun actually held up to the juiciness of the meat, which is rare these days.

Walked in at 1:15am on a Friday night, 45min before closing. I was the only one in store but it was clear they were getting steady pickup/delivery orders. I ordered a double melt burger, pictured. Patties were smashed onto the grill fresh to order. I had a seat and in 10min the burger was ready. Quality patties & ingredients, cooked to perfection. The flavours were unique and blended well together. Both the restaurant & washroom were clean. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be back with friends, cheers.
