Well maintained and clean store. Amazing customer service. The building is not accessible to the disabled but Amante (didn’t quite hear his name)still took the time to let me order for my disabled mom that was waiting outside. The food was amazing and only took 5 minutes. I only rated 4 stars as they didn’t have a ramp for the disabled.

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the conduct of sahil Ray. On several occasions, his interactions have seemed less than courteous, which may reflect a need for further training in customer service and communication. I believe addressing this could greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Just love their burgers. Simar is a great guy. He always make tasty burgers for us. I will definitely recommend if you like to eat burgers.

normally when i’ve come here their burgers have been amazing! but unfortunately the last time i ordered “the picante” (the other day) i recieved a sauce-soaked burger that made the bun wet & soggy from how much sauce there was, and each bite was just overpowering taste of sauce.

The food was delicious, my favourite halal smash burger spot in all of Ottawa. Affordable for students and very flavourful. Really glad I found this place. It was perfect for my casual dinner date.
The American Double. So good. Made so well. I could eat that burger everyday forever. Forever.

A great freshly done smash burger with fresh hand made fries. The BFF and aioli sauces were really tasty. The lunch special was good value for money. Overall a really good in and out lunch spot. Highly recommend.
