I've only gotten take-out, so never stayed to eat on location as the atmosphere doesn't appeal to me greatly, but the food and service here is always A+. Easily one of my favourite places to grab food to bring back home after a long day. It's super flavourful, the portion size is great (I often have leftovers for a meal or snack the next day when I snag a burrito or burrito bowl), and the service has always been great.

Depends on who is working here. Some workers skimp on ingredients where buying a large burrito isn't worth the cost and some give the amount that's a large warrants. Food is tasty, I would stay away from the steak but everything else is delicious for a burrito. Price isn't bad it just depends on the worker because sometimes buying a large burrito is a scam.

Best out of all Burrito Gringo locations. One bite of their burrito - and all your worries go away! The portions are enormous. The burritos are super juicy! Tastiest Barbacoa beef, freshest guacamole. They are always so generous with the amount of meat and toppings. I often end up asking for “a bit less meat”. The Regular size burrito will fill you up for a week, I swear. All the vegetables and sauces taste fresh. I have tried most of Burrito Gringo locations and this one is the best. Absolutely love the music and atmosphere there too! I recommend this burrito combination: white regular size tortilla +rice and veggies + only a little bit if black beans + pulled barbacoa beef (not too much) + cheese (secret is to ask them to it cheese on hot meat, before they add any other toppings!) + fresh jalapeños + cilantro + green salsa and chipotle and sour cream sauces. That it - you will be full for a month :)
I recommend: all burritos (any type of meat), nachos with guacamole or salsa (nachos are crispy and fresh, guacamole is fresh), cookies, quesadillas.

I went to burrito gringo on Monday of the 26 of August and when I went I noticed that there was one employee that was running around and doing there job but the other employee’s where literally barely doing anything and I was there for a while the food was good but because of those individuals that didn’t do their job and I felt like if there going to put all the work on one person as they are standing there and talking with each other I don’t see a point on coming back ever to support employees that do nothing

I've been going to this location since around 2016-2017 and I can confidently say it's the best restaurant in all of Ottawa (to my knowledge.)
Throughout the years the quantity and quality of toppings have been superb, giving you far greater portions of meat and other toppings than any other burrito store, all of which are always fresh. Even during the corona years they never skimped on toppings.
The pricing has only gone up roughly 2-3 dollars since 2017, costing about 13 dollars for a large burrito which is an absolutely amazing price considering how much they pack these things.
Throughout the years I've only met one (slightly) rude employee, with every other employee and the manager there himself providing satisfactory (or above thereat) service.
This is definitely one place you don't want to miss if you like burritos; it far exceeds any of the other burrito chains in Ottawa in every regard (besides being located next to some questionable neighbourhoods.)

Best Mexican food in Canada hands down.I had the nachos & the trio taco beef, chicken& minced beef.Was excellent no more words to describe the food the service and the amazing flavors and the staff as well.
