I the ambience at Cabots and I love that it is in my neighborhood. I’ve been there three times now and I have to say the food is just ok. Starting with the bread which is little bite size pieces and only 3 were served to two of us. The Caesar salad was just ok. I ordered chicken Marsala served with fettuccine. The Marsala sauce was very thick, gooey even and too sweet. It tasted like a pre-pep from a jar. I expected a light buttery wine sauce. I pushed the sauce aside and ate the chicken which was very bland as it had not been seasoned. To finish the limoncello gelato was fantastic. I hope you can read this with the intent of improving this dish which is normally a favorite of mine. Cheers

I have been coming here and brining guests for over a decade. They have a 95% or better track record of making things 5 Star for myself and my guests. They are very good at customization and have always accommodated my weird diets well. I love their steak and have had several people join me in saying their steaks are better than the Keg steak house across the street. They do an amazing tiramisu desert.

Very unique atmosphere and very attentive service by our waiter for our large party (12 people). Appetizers came out quickly which was impressive given we ordered two of of each (Bruschetta, Prosciutto and arugula crostini, fried zucchini, Calamari, Escargot and caprese) all items were good but nothing was a stand out per Say. We waited a long time for our mains but when they arrived everyone at the table seemed pleased. Husband did mention his green beans were undercooked however!
