Presentation of the food was pretty nice. However, the crepe I had was hard and not easy to cut into. The restaurant had no other diners except us. The service was ok but the server seemed shocked we were in there. I came here because I was told it was amazing and I left very disappointed in the quality of the food and the atmosphere.
We went in February to order a hot chocolate, it was burning as hell. I’ve been a barista at Starbucks before and I could tell how extremely hot that was, the taste was off and the chocolate no where to found. Also they’re re-using the same steam milk and just adding cold milk in the same pitcher without rinsing it… Never again
Curiously tried their tuna sashimi poke bowl… I had better.
Not sure what happened to this location, but it is not what it used to be. They halved the floor plan and the furniture is worn out. The atmosphere is far from cozy or trendy.
Our Champurrado hot chocolates were very good, though.
I love this place. The chocolate cake is top notch. The owner is such a sweet lady, always has a smile on her face.
Great restaurant. I love the ice cream.
We had a birthday celebration at the Bayward branch of this cafe, and Pegah, our server, absolutely killed it! Huge shoutout to Pegah for making our experience so memorable. However, one thing I’d love to see improved is the management of the Google photos for each branch. It was a bit confusing because we were a group of 10, and I chose the Bayward location based on the pictures of its spacious interior with a high ceiling and modern paintings. When we arrived at the William Street branch, it felt much smaller, older, and lacked any special decor.
Pegah did a great job fitting us in, but the photos seemed to mostly belong to the lansdown location. So, it would be great if Google could show images for each branch separately. As for the drink, I had a matcha latte, but it wasn't completely full in the cup, which felt a bit off.
All in all, I’d rate the service a 5/5 because Pegah was fantastic, but for the location and drink experience, I’d give it a 3/5.
They need a renovation for byward branch for sure.
Best go to place for Poke bowls, amazing service, very kind staff and the food here is amazing. This place is so underrated!
Fruits where fresh, chocolate was good but getting cold pretty fast because they didn't have candles to put under my melted chocolate...
Great breakfast bites, recommend the teriyaki tofu.

The food is quite delicious, the fondue is our go to. However the place needs a revamp. It’s old, dirty, theme doesn’t match at all. I’m also confused because the location in by ward and the location In Landsdowne don’t have the same menu. This location has some Asian fusion mixed into it which is weird because it’s a dessert cafe. But that’s okay. Probably will just continue going to the one in Landsdowne instead
i had the chai tea was really and the crape was a banger
Fresh and yummy poke bowls. Lovely service.
Very busy and shirt staffed. The place was packed and it took a long time to get served. Had a good ceasar salad but left before they served the dish we actually came for ...
Delicious food and food.
