Great coffee, and treats but quite poor service. Always very slow but traditionally worth it. Today I was told that I couldn’t have a sit down coffee as the coffee shop was closing in 40 minutes and she was in a rush. I took a take out coffee and sat for a bit and the server huffed and puffed around me cleaning and stressed. Clearly wanted me to leave- so awkward, I left.
**Update: The above was originally a 3 star rating, I have since changed to a 1 star. I chose to return to the Cafe this past Saturday- hoping to just move on from experience above and see if there might be improvement. I was truly floored to be immediately confronted by the same girl, who accused me of lying in this review, and told me I didnt know what was going in her life. Again I chose to leave before even completing my order because of how embarrassing the whole experience was- a truly awful experience.

I used to live in this area, and Café Qui Pense was my go-to spot. I recently visited after some time away and noticed they changed their oat milk—it tasted quite different and a bit disappointing! That said, it’s still a great café with a nice vibe, and I really love their bread.

Great little cafe with an amazing roast (I had a cappuccino with the Rachmaninoff roast) - so tasty! limited seating, but has locked Wi-Fi and is very clean, with a nice aesthetic appeal. Def would go again.
08.30.24 - I still love this place, 9 years later, because they still use the Rachmaninoff beans, which are now known as North Star espresso (and it's by Equator Coffee roasters, out of Almonte, ON). They have amazing plain croissants as well, and tasty scones.
