I love their coffees!!! They are so considerate. I always get the same coffee and it’s always perfect. The owners are so kind and always welcome you with a smile. But there’s an employee (maybe a supervisor) who is always met with attitude and her drinks just always have something missing. She doesn’t bother confirming or accommodating.

My family and I are regular customers at this amazing. However, today I was really upset with the manager’s customer service, I did not like my drink and ask to make another. The manager instead of attending to a unsatisfied customer send Fabiana back and forth with her messages . Her response was, I cannot redo the drink and would have to pay 50% of the price to redo the drink, after explaining and showing Fabiana that the drink was barely touched.

Fabiana and Rebecca at the Van Houtte Tanger Outlet are great assets to the company. I have visited this branch numerous times and have been attended to by Fabiana and Rebecca at different intervals. They are always patient , friendly and always attend not just to me, but to other customers with a positive attitude. Thanks to them for consistently providing a great service.
