What can't be said about Cafe Deluxe! The absolute best sandwiches, wraps, and soups. For a place downtown you can't beat the price especially knowing everything is made fresh that day.
If you do try this place, you MUST get a cookie. But be warned once you get one you can never not get one.

An amazing find downtown Ottawa. I met the owner, she was incredibly kind and welcoming! Great drinks, delicious food and lots of outdoor seating (in the summer). I was only in the downtown area for work, or else it would be a regular stop for me! Thanks!
