I am from Montreal and was visiting a relative who lives in carp and they suggested we get ice-cream. Now ice-cream is not normally my go to sweet treat, but being a guest I obliged.Standing in line, I was shook by all the crazy flavor combinations. I may be an adult however my go to flavors resemble that of a child which would be a cardiac level of chocolate. For some reason on this day I chose Luscious Lemon.Many things happened1. I am convinced I can taste colors now2. I spent the rest of the visit talking about the ice-cream, the 2 hour drive home talking about ice-cream and the year since talking about the ice-cream.3. I am now a person who wants to know is it acceptable to take a 4 hour round trip just for ice-cream4. All other ice-cream is ruined for me and I think we should have to sign a waiver that warns you of the obsession you are about to undertake.5. My relationship with said relative is now conditional that when they visit they will be turned away unless they are holding a tub of ice-cream.6. I feel like I am in a long distance relationship constantly checking the Instagram longing for when we will meet again.7. I didn't know ice-cream fomo was a thing. It is definitely a thing.

Hiden gem on ice cream. Love the double vainilla-coconut, rum, maple pecan, an cappuccino among other nice flavours they have. They also change with the season, for sep and Oct they had pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon bun.

Great array of unique flavours in hard ice cream. Dec lupus soft serve available in chocolate, vanilla, or swirl. I’ve cream sandwiches and sundaes are great too.Other offering available such as take home ice cream containers.Sometimes long lines in the summer but worth the wait. Parking available along the street.

Chocolate PB!! Chocolate PB!! If you are a peanut butter chocolate fan, this one was SO GOOD! The fam and I drove up to Carp just to check out this creamery, and I thought it was worth it. My hubby got the strawberry shortcake and said it was good, but he wasn't sure why people would go crazy about the ice cream here. I got scoop a vanilla ice cream with skor and oreo mixed in (I forget the name of it on the board), and chocolate PB. Both were good, but chocolate PB had big chunks of frozen peanut butter in it. It was heaven. When we got there, there was no lineup! so we ordered right away. When we left, there were about 15 people in line. Seating outside. Not wheelchair accessible or stroller accessible for ordering. It would be great if they built a ramp.
