Very disappointed with our meals. This is the second and last time I'm willing to try this place. Too expensive for the portion sizes (including half filled fry boxes). I'm sure I could make a better more filling New Yorker Berghi at home. If your looking for a sandwiches, go somewhere else.

I like the food at this chain, but tonight I waited half an hour for real simple order: one small fries. It was dead. The kitchen only turned out three other orders while I was waiting. Completely inexcusable: had to leave because I couldn't keep waiting.

Called them on the phone, after taking my order, the person said I can only pay cash because the machine ins’t working and suggested that there’s a bank nearby. Would prefer that they tell me this before taking my order.

One of the best Bergham in town, Taste and Quality at its best. I placed my order thourgh uber eats and made a call to the branch spoke with the owner and ask him to make my bergham sandwich as I like, the owner is a great guy he make sure of that i get what I asked for, and after delivering my order the Owner Amer even called me for my review, I give him 5 out of 5 stars, Every Restaurant owner should be like him.

Fish burger was uncooked and caused food poisoning. Also, the cooks were not wearing gloves or masks during the COVID19 pandemic.

Terrible experience.FOOD: Overcooked "card board" industrial patties + dry, but bottom soggy, bread = $5 poorly assembled sandwich - the fake cheese didnt even melted.The store front window sign shows the new (?) 4,99 Berghies with a Coke, but is just a bait - You can add a small combo (12oz drink !!) for an extra $3. It's the worst overpriced meal for $9-11 you can buy.STORE: Ice machine was broken, as well the locker at the bathroom. They have a free guest wifi but you have to hand over your phone to an employee set the password.

One of the best restaurants in Ottawa, food is great but the person behind this great food and taste is the owner of donald branch. I was in Ottawa for a week and literally i ate 5 days there. I was so confused about the menu there but The owner helped me and recommended me the phily stake, and it was one of the best sandwich i ever had. Whenever i come back to Ottawa i will definitely be back to Centrale bergham. Thank you so much.
