Food is normally decent based on previous experience but today I went to claim a coupon that I got in the mail and they said they were out of naan so I asked for a substitute of similar value and they flat out denied which was frustrating and annoying Makes me lose confidence in this establishment and likely won’t be back again

the size of the sandwich is so small for the pictures and for 17,99 and the sauce is absent you can't taste it also it's say's that the sandwich contains caramelised onions but it doesn't

Complaint About Service and Staff Behavior
Dear Bergman - Bank StreetManagement,
Visited today around 2 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We stood at the counter for nearly 20 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. Two female employees clearly saw us but completely ignored us — no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing.
This is not just slow service; this is disrespect toward customers. If this is how you treat people, don’t be surprised when they leave and choose competitors like Tim Hortons instead.
Management should replace or properly train staff who think ignoring paying customers is acceptable. This location clearly does not understand what real service means.

I love eating at Bergham, their food is so good and one of the best burger places in Ottawa. The only negative point that the place is so dirty and nobody takes care of the cleanliness. They should really take care of it and have some renovations. I am sorry to admit that but somebody should do something about it so it becomes our favourite place. Other than that everything is good. The staff are friendly, the food is so good, and the overall experience is fine. Just the place and cleanliness are so bad.

I recently tried the Paysan burger, and it was absolutely delicious! The patty was perfectly cooked juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. What really made the burger stand out was the Algerian sauce that came with it. The sauce had a wonderful balance of spices and a creamy texture that added an extra kick without overpowering the other ingredients.

Ordered on doordash the philly steak and it was so delicious! I really like to fries and Algerian sauce. And the main guy that works there is always very nice props to him.
