The most watered down milk tea I have ever had. I even told them it tasted very watered down, they remade it and just added more sugar. The tea base itself was not strong enough, I’m not sure if it’s cost saving or whatnot. Very disappointing

It's the second time I visit this place and I'm always glad. The first time in winter we had a small group and it was nice to be able to sit and chat over some drinks, I liked the signature brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and my friends had fruit teas. All great. I like that sweetness can be customised at many levels.Today I brought my own cup and got 10% off because of that, which I did not know! Ordered the roasted tea with oat milk and it's great as well.For those who are curious about the oat milk, they use Earth's Own Oat Barista, which I can't remember whether it's gluten-free, but it's perfect for milk tea.I'll come back next time I'm downtown.

Drink was like every other chatime place. However, Andrea (the cashier) kept insisting I did not pay. I had to show her my bank transactions for her to believe I paid. I should not have to do that. Why don't the workers just look at the receipt?

My go to bubble tea place. I’ve lived in Asia my whole life so I know what real bubble tea is like, and this place is the real deal. I love how they’re open til 12am. I go get my little late night bubble tea fix and staff is always kind.

This honestly used to be one of my favourite places upuntil yesterday I ordered a hazelnut milk tea around 10pm. I got the drink and it was room temperature keep in mind there is milk in it, I drank it and it was fine. Less than an hour later my stomach started feeling funny and I started throwing up all night long turns out the milk is spoiled. I am very disappointed and I don’t think I will be coming there ever again.

Very disappointed by the customer service at this location although the guy made mistake on the drink! And the drinks he made for me and my friends yesterday were not so good. I am a Chatime Gold member and previous Elite member but I probably will not come back to this location anymore:(
