I was very impressed by the drinks, very very yummy! The cheesecake was also amazing. The decor was fresh and modern and pretty.
Not as impressed with the tiramisu, which was an odd kind of foamy/gelatiny something. And they really need to get a handle on the amount of plastic waste - even the plastic forks were wrapped in plastic; each cake slice wrapped in plastic; plastic plastic plastic. At least find something biodegradable, there's things on the market now!

I love how you can customize the amount of sugar you can put in your drink. I wish every place had that option. Addicted.
The manager wouldn’t serve me using my own reusable boba cup and straw. Apparently you can only use chatime’s branded plastic $15 reusable cup. I really like their milk tea, but I just crossed the street where there are two other boba places. It was disheartening and definitely a weird practice.
