If I was able to give more than five stars - I would! The staff was incredible. Friendly, efficient and professional - delightful to have in my home. The clean up was better than I would do! The food was great and my guests were really happy! I should have expected nothing less from Chef Ric and his team. Chef Ric is a true Ottawa treasure!
4 stars for food quality (my excellent value breakfast was served a bit on the cool side and it was served in a disposable container) but the service was worth 5 stars and I would certainly give 6 stars if I could for all the good this enterprise is doing in the world.
Ladan is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Every time I visit Chef Ric’s, she greets everyone with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that instantly brightens your day. Her customer service is top-notch thoughtful, attentive, and always professional. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel seen and appreciated every single time. Chef Ric’s is lucky to have her!
