Had the most amazing meal Wednesday night. Shoutout to Lori!! This was one of the best dinning experience I have ever had, the service was amazing, she was kind, efficient, and so so lovely! We ordered the seafood fettuccine which was a nice balance of light cream sauce, seafood (muscle, scallops, and salmon), and sun-dried tomatoes. The Dijon chicken was a nice dish paired with mashed potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. The escargots paired well with cheese and perfectly toasted bread. Can’t forget, the cheesecake for dessert. It was very smooth and was paired with a berry sauce. Can’t say dinner was anything less than spectacular, would definitely recommend!

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Ottawa. The French dishes are absolutely delicious, with the bread and sauce being particularly flavorful. The burgers are good, but the standout is the pork chop—surprisingly juicy and tender. What’s even better is that the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Ottawa.

Honestly, this place was incredible—it absolutely crushed every expectation I had. The whole vibe is seriously perfect, a blend of cozy and elegant that creates a totally exceptional setting. The service was flawless, delivered by staff who were super helpful and knew everything about the menu. They have a massive selection that's surprisingly affordable, and the portions are huge. The dishes are an absolute flavour bomb. This spot is definitely a top-tier culinary destination, and I'm already counting down the days until I can go back.

The Frieda and Diego burger (with bacon - my add on) is a culinary gem in Ottawa. But frankly all of Chez Lucien’s adoring fans probably have their own favourites too. Great ambience, nice service, and most importantly, they serve food well into Midnight!!!!
