Sara is a great employee at Chick-fil-A. She demonstrated leadership and initiative when there was a minor issue with my order. The line was long, and I had to take some time out of my day. I commend her for staying calm and unfazed, and handling the situation effectively.

We came in tonight on valentine’s day and the place was absolutely packed. It was hard to even find a table, but Yamen (I think i read the name tag right) noticed us and helped us find one, made sure to clean it before we took a seat, and kept checking in to see if we need anything which we really appreciated. great food and amazing service.

I visited your restaurant today as a customer, and unfortunately, I did not receive the level of hospitality I expected. To be honest, the overall experience is part of the quality of the food. When a customer arrives tired after a long day at work, they hope to be welcomed with kindness and professionalism.
My visit was at 9:20 PM, while Google Maps indicates that closing time is 10:00 PM. When I went to the drive-thru window, the interaction made me feel as though I was asking for something for free, even though I was paying for my order. I understand and respect the system and the line of waiting cars. Since I do not have a car, I explained that I was willing to wait in line and that my order was simple. I believe there was an opportunity to assist me, but the approach was not professional.
I would like to sincerely thank the young lady at the pickup window who handed me my food and did her best to inform the team that I was standing there waiting. I truly appreciate her effort and kindness.
I hope customer service can be improved to reflect a more welcoming and professional standard.
I’m honestly frustrated. I drove a long way to drive through an order I specifically wanted the grilled club sandwich. I didn’t check the bag at the drive through, and when I got home I realized they gave me grilled nuggets instead. At that point it was too late to go back, so I had to order the correct sandwich again through UberEats. This was a huge inconvenience and something that should not happen. Please be more careful with order accuracy.

Not worth the hype or the price. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with fries, and to my surprise it was genuinely the most bland sandwich I've ever had in my life. Was generally flavorless and just frankly not enjoyable. The fries however were quite good and so was the dipping sauce.
Prices were a bit steep considering how plain the sandwiches are. The staff also seemed somewhat disinterested and I'm a rush for me to hurry up with my order when I was there, but they did their jobs fine otherwise.

Overall, decent experience at Chick-fil-A. The food was good and fresh, and the location is clean and well organized. However, the staff weren’t especially friendly.
One big issue was seating. It was very hard to find a table, and we ended up standing and eating while waiting for one to open up. Some families stayed seated for a very long time, even after finishing their meals. A time limit for loitering during busy hours might really help.
Also, the iced coffee wasn’t great, definitely could use improvement.
