I wanted to let you know that this is the second time Google shows your store as open, but no calls are answered and when I arrived in person, the store was actually closed.
This results in wasted time and gas. It would be appreciated and more professional to ensure that your Google hours accurately reflect your real store hours to avoid situations like this.

My parents bought some Thai food from this establishment and we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The only thing was their mild spice was relatively spicier than what we were used to whenever we ordered mild from other Thai restaurants. My toddler ate it and cried because the food was spicy. He was upset he couldn’t enjoy what we were eating (pad Thai, pad see ew and curry). Either way, we adults enjoyed it but we also thought the heat built up more than other mild Thai dishes. Still, the food was good. I’ll order less spice next time but we’ll be back.

First time trying Chilli Thai Takeout & it won't be the last. Friendly staff. Amazing cooks. Just ate one of the best Spicy Chicken Pad Thai ever. All flavors hit perfectly.

I am late to the game and tried for the first time today! (2 pad Thai 1 med,1mild and 1 lemongrass beef) everything was so flavourful. I was impressed by own calm the staff was considering how crazy busy it was! I had ordered the firecracker shrimp but they were out - give me a reason to go back ❤️ thank you!

Had a really great experience with our first takeout order at Chili Thai. The red curry and beef and broccoli dish are spot on, the spring rolls were super big and crispy and tasty, and the Pad Thai was two big thumbs up. Service was great, the reception was super pleasant to deal with, and ordering was easy. Feeding three adults and two toddlers with lots of leftovers cost us around $100, which is also reasonable (no alcoholic drinks ordered).
Side note - order ahead (it was an hour wait for walk ins) and know that parking is unideal.

Definitely tasty and fresh. Better than those I've tried already in Orleans area. Not the best I've ever had anywhere but definitely a good solid choice. You won't be disappointed.
Service was good. Phone order 20 minutes before closing and it was ready within 10 minutes so no problems with that.
Would recommend and will go again.
Initially impression was price is quite high with tip it was $60 for two meals. (Update: Their reply is valid 🙏🏻I didn't factor in my son ordered two premium drinks and have big tip for takeaway so that definitely would have taken the total price up, so would be reasonable with today's generally inflated foood prices). (Not aimed at this business in particular but tipping for takeaway and machines high default tipping percentages before you've even tried the food is a whole other argument that applies to everybody nowadays I think.)

Amazing place with amazing food and incredibly friendly customer service. Will definitely be back Chilli Thai is a true hidden gem.

Ordered food here over a few days after staying nearby for work and it was great. Definitely the best takeout you can get in this area. I would recommend the pad thai and pad see ew.

This place is an absolute gem. Tucked away and unassuming, it’s the kind of hole-in-the-wall restaurant where you know you’re going to find something special—and it never disappoints. Every single dish on the menu is packed with flavour and clearly made with care. I haven’t tried a single thing that wasn’t absolutely delicious.
The staff are just as lovely as the food—friendly, welcoming, and always a pleasure to deal with. It genuinely makes me happy to have such an amazing local spot in our neighbourhood. We’re lucky to have them, and I’ll keep coming back again and again.
