We were really impressed with Chinhon restaurant takeout. The food was incredibly fresh and certainly provided that Canadian-Chinese food nostalgia. It would be nice to get some free white rice like other spots offer, and I found the MSG content a bit high, but unlike the other review, the garlic spareribs were some of the best I've ever had. We will certainly order again.
We thought we'd give Chinhon a try for the first time. We were so disappointed. The garlic spare ribs were dry and so hard to chew. I stopped trying them after 2. The egg rolls were okay as was the rice. The lemon chicken was dry but a wee bit better than the ribs. The meal was $16.00 more than our favorite restaurant where the food is never disappointing. We won't go back. It's too bad.
I dont think ill be returning which is unfortunate because even though the situation had a bad fall out, we could have understood if the customer relations was better.
