Fast, tasty, and reasonably priced. It really feels like a little piece of Mexico in Ottawa — fresh ingredients, good portions, and friendly service. Perfect spot when you want something quick without sacrificing flavor. I’d definitely come back!

Delicious but the portions are genuinely laughable. Do I look like Bella Hadid??? Like do I look like I want 4 little bits of chicken and 2 lettuce leafs in my chipotle bowl??? NO. I had to get double protein to make the bowl look semi decent and even then the bowl looked tiny. I do not understand what economic force is forcing the Rideau location specifically to ration their food. Perhaps it’s a ploy from Public Health Ottawa to make us skinnier idk. Awful portions.

I had a very bad experience with the customer service when I came to pick up my food. I Arrived on time to pick up my order but waited over 10 minutes, only to be spoken to rudely by the female manager. She claimed my name had been called and that I was late, which was not true. When I addressed her disrespectful tone, she smiled and continued being dismissive while repeatedly saying “sorry.” Very disappointing customer service, especially from a manager.

Today at exactly 6:13 PM, I noticed inappropriate behavior from the supervisor toward one of the food delivery drivers. While I was standing at the cashier, the supervisor spoke to the driver in a rude and provocative manner, even though the driver had done nothing wrong. I was observing the situation closely. This is not the first time this behavior has occurred; he has repeated it before while I was present.
I kindly ask that this matter be looked into, as this person is unprofessional and does not deserve to be in this position.
