I’ve been there a few times, and it’s just too expensive. They fill your plate with rice and beans to avoid giving you a proper portion of protein. I thought it had only happened the first, second, and third time, but this was my fourth visit and it’s still the same. They charge you for the cheese and only add a tiny pinch, just like the guacamole. I really like the flavor, but the portions are disappointing. :(

A homeless person was throwing food at everyone and threatening us. Furthermore, the manager or head of the evening shift (tall south asian man), was very difficult to deal with. He was so difficult that I had to ask for a refund. He also started yelling at me when i was talking to him quietly and in a calm manner. Furthermore, they had no veggies or softritas, they were not replenishing them. Very disappointing for a vegetarian.

they cant wrap a burrito its always messy and falling out when i open it, i saw a few hairs in my bowl and the portions were unacceptable for price i was charge

The food still tastes good, however for the amount of traffic they get on weekends they seem severely understaffed. Also, the portions nowadays are very disappointing, even the beans are suffering shrinkflation, I don't even get a single full scoop.

Tried there burrito this time. It good, but expensive, they ask you if you want guac in your wrap and charges you $3 extra for the spoon they put in when you pay....next time I will ask it on the side so I get my $3, worth.

Tried the first time, it was amazing, went there the second time, it was horrible. I’ve ordered a bowl, whoever the lady was that was packing my food needs to be told to be cleaner. Her gloves was full of queso, she didn’t bother changing and went to pack my food with queso all over her hands. Literally cut my appetite, HORRIBLE, I had to clean the mess myself with the napkins, but that wasn’t enough, I highly doubt not recommend to go to this location. That lady was working on Friday October 10 around 4PM, she was the one rolling up burritos. Disgusting!

I asked for double steak and double chicken and the girl working there literally added two piece of chicken.. I’m paying for double chicken which is extra charge and she puts only one scoop then i ask her of she can add more and she added 2 piece of chicken. And the way she wrapped my burrito was not clean. My sibling’s bowl are literally messy with sauces all around it. The worker did not do a good job and the customer service she gave us was really bad. Last time I went they did it all clean and respectfully this time I was really disappointed by her behaviour.
