Wonderful experience at this Chipotle location. I’ve been to a lot of different Chipotle’s over the years and this was one of the best. The food we had was fresh and delicious. The aqua frescas refreshing and plentiful. The staff were constantly busy working away and still so friendly, professional and welcoming. Truly top notch.

I found what appeared to be a rock in my burrito—and I’ve seen other similar reports from different Chipotle locations. This is really concerning for food safety. Chipotle, please step up your quality checks so no one else has to deal with this.

Portions are extremely small compared to all other stores. it is not a one off issue as it has happened every time that I go there. asked for extra lettuce and got 5 shreds of it. The staff is extremely unfriendly and seems to not care bout the job at all. I have also seen one person not cleaning their hands before making food, cannot recommend going here

My recent experience at this Chipotle location on Saturday the 16th, shortly after 9pm, was incredibly disheartening.

When I arrived, there was a long line, and the service was painfully slow especially for a fast-food establishment. I waited over 20 minutes just to place my order.

While I was waiting, I noticed a man sitting quietly on a stool near the entrance, holding a sign asking for help to buy food. It was clear he was receiving uncomfortable stares from some customers based on his appearance, but he wasn’t bothering anyone, just silently holding his sign.

A few minutes later, a kind person handed him $20. The man stood up, joined the line at the back, and continued to wait calmly like everyone else. He didn't disturb anyone.

Not long after, two Rideau Centre security guards arrived and approached him. I didn’t catch everything they said, but I heard the man respond, “No, I stopped asking. I’m just standing in line.” That moment broke my heart. Someone had clearly called security on him just for existing in that space.

Eventually, I made it to the front of the line. The staff member helping me was quite rude (though that’s a separate issue). At the cashier, I asked them to set my food aside because I wanted to pay for the man's meal behind me. I figured he could use the $20 he had just received for a future meal.

While I waited for him to finish ordering, a Chipotle employee pulled me aside and said something I found deeply unsettling: “If you buy that man food, then he becomes your responsibility.”

I was stunned and confused. I asked for clarification, but the message was clear he was subtly discouraging me from helping, implying that the man's presence wasn't welcome based on how he looked or his circumstances.

To be clear, this man was not causing any trouble. He was simply trying to purchase food like everyone else. And after the long, uncomfortable wait I had just endured, that comment felt especially cruel.

Instead of judging or targeting vulnerable individuals who are quietly seeking a meal, maybe the staff’s focus should be on improving their slow service and showing basic human compassion.

Please, let us not forget our shared humanity. Life can change in an instant, and any one of us or someone we love could end up in the same position. A little empathy goes a long way.

I got my first bowl at this Chipotle location today and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The chicken did not seem cooked properly, if anything it was almost raw. The atmosphere was chaotic and not the kind of place where you can sit and enjoy a meal. It feels more like somewhere you want to leave as soon as possible.

The service was very poor. The young staff looked miserable and had zero energy. I saw someone cooking with an AirPod in. I personally do not care about that, but if it falls into the food, especially with so much chicken being cooked at once, it could be a health risk. There seemed to be too many staff on shift but no real attention to customers, no smiles and no effort to make the experience pleasant.

I understand it is a fast food location, but this was well below expectations, as said in most of the reviews on this place.

Just had one of the best customer service experiences in recent memory at this chipotle. I regrettably did not get her name, but the blonde employee with super cute lashes made my burrito. She was so sweet and welcoming - helped me put my order together with a smile and honestly made my day :) Will be back because of her!

Husband and I ordered through Uber Eats and it was so disappointing when it came. Not only was his burrito the size of a potato both sides of my quesadilla were missing. I’ve been in contact with Uber for a possible refund but this is disappointing. I love Chipotle and never had any problems until recently.
