Was quite disappointed ordered the new brisket bowl and chips and queso . Was given almost no rice and I kid you not I counted 6 pieces of brisket and the chips were extremely salty it was inedible I told myself maybe it’s a few so I tried so in the middle just all salty had to throw it out couldn’t go back because it was a lunch break but so so salty . Just an overall disappointing experience .
Besides being salty af, the flavor was decent, as usual. The wrap wasn't preheated enough, so was hard in certain spots. Service was good enough, though they really need to learn how to wrap without breaking the wraps. You'd think that'd be a prerequisite. Though the mediocre preheating prob contributed to that. It's fast food, but the wait was ridiculous, being in a mall. What u gonna do? I'd still go back if I had limited options.
I think overall they're average, but they deserve 5 stars out of 5 for food because they make the best chicken I've ever had in a burrito or wrap. It's well cooked yet juicy and has a bit of a charcoal burn that elevates the whole meal.
