We used to enjoy our work lunch here often but won't go anymore. Their online ordering system is set to 15% tip, for what? bagging some containers, because it sure isn't the poor counter service. There were bones in my egg roll recently. Sloppy, rude and honestly the demand for a 15% tip is a disgrace.

I have been ordering from them for years and always very satisfied until recently.
The quality has gone downhill. There's always a language barrier when ordering which results in the food being wrong a lot of the time.
There is no appology or refund or exchange. The last two times I have ordered the food went straight into the garbage.
Not sure if there's new owners or what is going on but very sad to see the change after all these years.

Just got general tao chicken. And chicken fried rice. Get home and they did not give me my container of steamed rice that comes with every order of general tao!!!! Not the first tome this happens…. All about saving money and being cheap!!!!! Not a mistake!!! Called and asked them if it still comes with steamed rice…. Response… yes…. But nothing else was offered or said… extremely annoying when you pay $40 dollars and expect and want that… only to get home and not have it because someone thought.. well they have fried rice…so lets save money!!! So obvious!!

We’ve been ordering for over 7 years and this was so disappointing. The menu for take out is pathetic. The person on the phone was less than helpful and understood. No where in the discussion was it clear that I ordered what I thought. After 1 hour ( which was 30 minutes before) nothing arrived. When calling back I was told it was pickup. Not what I had asked. The dinner was 1/2 right and cold. We’ve recommended it to all our friends but that won’t be happening again. So sad that things have changed for the worse. On the lookout for another Chinese restaurant 😞

Ordered a poutine and an egg fried rice. The rice came without eggs, which is not a big deal but the rice had a strong burning smell. When asked the staff, we were told its normal and all the rice is like that. Yeah ok, burnt food smell in a dish is not normal. When we asked to replace the fried rice for another poutine of similar price we were told we could only get a smaller size poutine. We asked for a refund and thats that. Dont know why people would eat chinese food from this place.
Poutine was good though, so theres that.

Wow, just wow. Ordered a poutine, eggrolls, and a milkshake and was amazed at how good they were! The egg rolls were even better than Golden Palace!! The delivery driver was also super friendly and funny. A MUST try in Findlay creek and surrounding area!
