Compared to my last visit, the poutine had significantly fewer curds, and the sauce lacked flavor. I also ordered a cheeseburger, but... the tomato and lettuce didn't taste fresh. While I used to enjoy the combination of express Chinese Plate and Poutine, now it's just another Chinese takeout restaurant.

Ordered chicken fried rice 3 egg rolls and a small poutine. Poutine was okay and also the egg rolls, but the chicken fried rice was the worst rice that I have ever had and paid for. Did not even taste like chicken fried rice at all, it had no flavor. I feel like I just got ripped off , and payed for pure garbage. I have been buying rice for nearly 50 years and it's the first time that I have bought chicken fried rice with absolutely no flavor at all. Will be my last time going to chips and Dairy.

Save your money and eat somewere else. Have been eating here for 15+ years. Went back after a few months and will never be back again. Food is all pre-made and pre-heated, wait time used to be 20-25 mins. Now its 5 minutes. Rice tasted like it has been re-cooked at east 3 times. Place all around is horrible and wouldn't even feed a dog the food this restaurant prepares.

We used to enjoy our work lunch here often but won't go anymore. Their online ordering system is set to 15% tip, for what? bagging some containers, because it sure isn't the poor counter service. There were bones in my egg roll recently. Sloppy, rude and honestly the demand for a 15% tip is a disgrace.

The quality has gone downhill. There's always a language barrier when ordering which results in the food being wrong a lot of the time.
There is no appology or refund or exchange. The last two times I have ordered the food went straight into the garbage.
Not sure if there's new owners or what is going on but very sad to see the change after all these years.

Just got general tao chicken. And chicken fried rice. Get home and they did not give me my container of steamed rice that comes with every order of general tao!!!! Not the first tome this happens…. All about saving money and being cheap!!!!! Not a mistake!!! Called and asked them if it still comes with steamed rice…. Response… yes…. But nothing else was offered or said… extremely annoying when you pay $40 dollars and expect and want that… only to get home and not have it because someone thought.. well they have fried rice…so lets save money!!! So obvious!!
