I saw that Chris’ Ice Cream in Canotek had come out with a Lime Ice. I picked some up today and it is very good. The lime flavour is noticeable but not overpowering (as in mouth puckering). It’s also refreshing. I’ll be going back to get more.

Customer service is tops and the ice cream and sorbets are amazing. My mom was beside herself with the raspberry sorbet and we just love being able to get Moon Mist out here. The textures are incredible it's the best! There's also lots of lovely finds in there for folks that like fun baubles and cool things. Will always go out if our way when we visit Ottawa.

My boyfriend happened upon this cute little place while in the area earlier today. He brought my girlfriend and I back tonight for some tasty ice cream goodness. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT !!!!!!!!! All I can say is YUUUUUUMMY !!! 10/10 the Jos Louis, 10/10 the Toasted Marshmellow !! Have yet to try the Dark Chocolate sorbet. But WOW !! Sooooo so good. Will be back, FOR SURE, probably even next weekend. What a treat. Owner was super nice as well. Oh! And they have stickers and jewellery in the shop as well by some local artists! A hidden gem that is sure to please. ? ???✨

Tried a whole variety of Chris’s ice cream this weekend (7 different flavours). They were all delicious!!! My absolute favourite was the lemon ice. The texture and lemony taste was the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world, including Italy! You’ve certainly got that recipe perfected Chris. I can’t wait to get back to Ottawa for more.

The fam and I were in the mood for ice cream and we were going to go to Dairy Queen, but then remembered the neighborhood raving about Chris's Ice Cream, so we headed there instead to support local.
We are so happy we did because the ice cream was out of this world. The kid got the moon mist (which I kept stealing because it was packed with so much flavour), the hubs got the Ah Caramel which I kept stealing as well because I love caramel. I couldn't decide what to get because all the flavours looked and sounded incredible, but I grabbed the jos louis which I tried to keep to myself and not share.
As we were eating the ice cream, we were planning out our next ice cream adventure here. The Ice cream was decadent and rich and we had so much fun trying out the different flavours offered here. The owner, Chris, was so friendly and nice as well, as he offered to replace my kids fallen ice cream cone that we were eating outside the shop. Most shops would not do that.
The shop is shared with good grazes in the canotek business park, and it is very welcoming inside. We cannot wait to go back!

Tried this location for the first time today and had the honeycomb: Best ice cream in the region. Period.
Prices are pretty steep so it, wont be a weekly get for us. That being said, the quality of the ice cream itself and care given the balance of the flavor profile is unparalleled to anything else I've had.
I'll be back to try more flavors!
