To start off, I go to chucks a lot but it was my first time at this location. The food and my server was great, and i would rated the experience 5 stars if didn't encounte a couple of unpleasant things.

1. The was no person to sit us down for at least 5-10 mins. I get it, it was lunch time everyone was busy but not having a person seating the customers down was a problem to the management. Okay, about 10 mins wait at the door, no big deal, but when a brown coloured lady showed up and wanted to seat my family with 2 kids at the bar on tall bar stools blown my mind. Its not like the restaurant was full. There were at least 2 empty tables that were not reserved but for some reason the brown lady didn't want us to sit there. After I refused to sit at the bar she rolled her eyes and finally let us sit at a booth with a unpleasant attitude. This lady was very unhappy and looked like after meth or some hard drug, or didn't sleep for 2 days. I absolutely didn't say or hint anything to trigger her whatsoever during the whole interaction. Whatever the reason of her unhappiness, she shouldn't treat customers with the annoyed attitude for no reason.

2, After the meal, i noticed i was charged 99c for hot sauce. I really cannot care less for a dollar but i have never been charged a fee for a regular sauce. If it is truffle oil or something expensive, i get it but a dollar for tabasco hot sauce, made me laugh....

Again, we all liked our dishes, the food was served hot and quick, tasted good, but the small things left a sour after taste in the mouth. Our server was great so i left a regular tip regardless. We will try other chucks locations next time but hope the unpleasant brown lady can be trained and catch up to the great atmosphere of the restaraunt.

Really good price and nice atmosphere so will definitely come again. Food is not amazing but it's a tremendous value. It's also super clean and friendly.

This review is so unfair. Most reviews are negative.
So first the service at the bar we were attended to. Was fantastic!
Once seated. We were GREE by LEE. His whole attitude. Smiled, chatted took our order. Not a mistake was made.
Our steaks were done exactly how we asked them to be!! Lee knew exactly when to approach.
My only complaint, I don’t think or know I can.

The vibe of the restaurant is a 4 star. The food is a meh, 2 maybe, 3 star. I went to chucks for a family birthday lunch, and the restaurant was super accommodating with our group and children.

Service was a bit slow to get drinks, and there were no water refills, and it was a slow start to place our orders. Some of our plates did sit at the table before they were taken away for quiet sometime. Our waitress was friendly and did not rush us out of the restaurant. Whenever we asked for something she brought it. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms (minus the obscene writing on the bathroom stalls from guests), I guess we can call that bathroom charm.? lol.

I did read prior reviews and was not looking forward to the visit here, but the vibe was really good. I love how they had massive TV's all around the restaurant playing sports. Everyone was having a great time. The food was just basic though. The hubs had the wings and said they were OK. I had the nachos and could make better at home. The flatbread was decent. Everyone else at the table ordered burgers and fries, and the portions were pretty small.

The quality of the food justifies the menu price they are charging, and I don't think the 3% honest to goodness tax should be charged. The prices are almost on par with other food establishment (think montanas, east side marios), that I do think they should just get rid of that extra "tax" I mean 15 bucks for a plate of basic nachos aint cheap. And as I mentioned, the portions are not massive.

I wouldn't come back for the food, but I can recommend checking it out if you enjoy some cheap beer and a cool place to watch sports.

The place has a pretty good atmosphere, went to dinner with some friends. Appreciated the servers lots. One sad part was that the food was cold, since my plate was cooked first.
