If i could do 10 Stars i would Amazing service by hasan and sadiq went there after a 7 hour road trip to enjoy some treats and it was 100/10 especially the service never experienced anything like that very welcoming very friendly big shout out to hasan and sadiq šŸ‘šŸ™ŒšŸ½

Terrible service. Wouldn’t take cash at 8:25 pm. The server looked like he just wanted to go home. I turned around and got an ice cream at Laura Secord instead there a nice lady served me with a smile and happy to take my cash! Cinnabon lost my business!

I went to order a pack of 15 cinnabon rolls as I usually do. There were two girls in the store laying icing on a few freshly made rolls. We could easily see each other very well (it's not like they were all the way at the back) but none of them came to the counter to take my order. I waited a bit and then asked if one of them could come to take my order (especially that what they were doing didn't need four hands). One of them looked at me indifferently and said that she would be with me in a minute. I waited a bit more but none of them cared to ring me. So I just left. What a shame! The incident took place on October 1, 2025, at 3:50 pm.

Worst experience I’ve had at Cinnabon. The manager is rude, unhygienic, and even made racist remarks toward my elderly father. When we asked to speak to someone above her, she cursed at us instead. This has not been an isolated incident for us as a family and it creates unacceptable customer experience. We will never come back again and never advise anyone to go to this specific location. Many customers clearly feel the same. This location is being dragged down by her manners.

Terrible. People don’t like to work anymore.
This is the third time trying to buy a milkshake around 8 pm (1 hour before closing) and they never want to make it. Looks like they wash the blender too early.

We love Cinnabon, but lately, we’ve noticed that everything is already pre-packed—and staff insist customers take those instead of choosing from the fresh display. The lady at the cashier was very rude when I asked if I could buy the freshly baked ones from the display case. She kept insisting I take the pre-packaged ones in the box. I told her I preferred the ones on display and didn’t mind paying extra. She replied in a rude tone, saying, ā€œI’m going to charge you per Cinnabon,ā€ and I said that was fine—I just wanted them fresh and warm. I don’t understand why she insisted on what she wanted instead of simply honouring the customer’s request. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at the same branch, and it’s really disappointing.

I visited Cinnabon around 2:45 PM on Thursday, May 29th, and had an outstanding experience. Two young men were working, and they were both courteous and attentive, providing excellent customer service with cheerful attitudes. One of them generously offered me the two largest cinnamon rolls topped with lots of frosting, showcasing a kindness that is increasingly rare these days.
