Terrible. People don’t like to work anymore. This is the third time trying to buy a milkshake around 8 pm (1 hour before closing) and they never want to make it. Looks like they wash the blender too early.

We love Cinnabon, but lately, we’ve noticed that everything is already pre-packed—and staff insist customers take those instead of choosing from the fresh display. The lady at the cashier was very rude when I asked if I could buy the freshly baked ones from the display case. She kept insisting I take the pre-packaged ones in the box. I told her I preferred the ones on display and didn’t mind paying extra. She replied in a rude tone, saying, “I’m going to charge you per Cinnabon,” and I said that was fine—I just wanted them fresh and warm. I don’t understand why she insisted on what she wanted instead of simply honouring the customer’s request. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at the same branch, and it’s really disappointing.

I visited Cinnabon around 2:45 PM on Thursday, May 29th, and had an outstanding experience. Two young men were working, and they were both courteous and attentive, providing excellent customer service with cheerful attitudes. One of them generously offered me the two largest cinnamon rolls topped with lots of frosting, showcasing a kindness that is increasingly rare these days.

Cinnabon is always a great treat definitely not the healthiest option but super worth it. I got extra frosting but even without the extra it is great. I got mine through uber eats so even after delivery it was good.

I went today around 3:20pm and the girl on cashier was absolutely horrid. No customer service at all, I was trying to order more and before I could even ask for another she went $8.08 is ur total… very rude and was on her phone while serving the cinabuns super gross. I also paid for extra caramel and she barely added any. Management should hire more responsible people and friendly.

Really disappointed that we arrived this afternoon and there was nothing prepared. We asked how long and were told an hour wait. I get it, it's a Saturday and the mall was busy. But this location needs to figure out their forecasting to have proper amounts on hand.

Tried the new churro and was extremely disappointed. The churro is very dried out and chewy. Taste like very stale dough. Actually threw them in the garbage 0/10 Don't waste your money, skip this product altogether
Went there before they close temporarily. The cinnamon rolls live to the hype, idk what they do to them but they are delicious. Especially the cream cheese frosting! I wish they would open one in Montreal.

I was supper exited for my Cinnabon with my sister, after 5 bites and I had a super long brown hair (I’m blond and I had my hair tied in bubble breads) and I pulled it out and it was fully stuck with the bit🥲none of the workers had hair nets…. never eating some again sorry I loved them

Prices for fresh daily box of 9 mini cinnabun $53.00!!!! If you want the ones that are made in same day ! But if you buy same box where cinnabun is made the night before you pay $22 What is this world coming to?? On top of that the icing is no longer our delicious cinnabun taste they changed there icing recipe which is not near as good as there original recipe . So disapointing you pay more to get less satisfaction ?

Went here with family, I don't typically write reviews but this was just horrible. Staff was incredibly rude, the food almost made me ill because of how just horrid it was. Never coming back, and you should never go either. Just gross. I wonder how they're even still open.
