We ordered the apple crumble Cinnabon and a cinnamon cookie. Their Cinnabons are quite good. However, it’s their drinks that aren’t that great. The hot chocolate and the latte didn’t taste good at all. I would go there for the Cinnabons alone.

Great service, friendly staff. My issue is the cinnamon buns just don't taste like cinnamon buns. The dough is strangely neutral, lacking buttery flavor, and there's almost no cinnamon despite the name of the dessert. I understand it's vegan but I'm pretty sure there's ways to make something vegan taste great. The rest of the bun was great though so it's just a shame it's not at least delivering on the basics.

Had an amazing experience at cinnaholic!! We were visiting from Niagara Falls and The long haired young lady was so friendly and helpful! Soo many choices and such a great smelling store!! The Cinnamon buns were so delicious and reasonably priced!! Must try when in the city!

I was really looking forward to trying their banana bread based on the photos they advertise; it looked fluffy, fresh, and generously portioned. What I received was the complete opposite. The slice was completely smushed in a thin plastic bag underneath my drinks, and when I opened it, it was slimy, stuck to the bag, and impossible to eat without peeling off plastic bits. It honestly resembled something dispensed from a vending machine rather than fresh-baked goods.
It was alarming to even look at, definitely not something you'd expect from a professional bakery or café. The texture made me worry it might not be safe to eat.
I’m immunocompromised and only took two bites before seriously questioning the slimy texture. I’m now starting to feel sick and am genuinely worried about the risk of food-borne illness, as sliminess is a clear sign of spoilage. It’s troubling that a product in this condition is sold at all.
I’ve attached photos to show the clear gap between what is advertised and what was actually delivered. At the very least, basic packaging and food handling standards should be followed, especially for soft-baked items.
I couldn’t eat it, and given the condition it arrived in, I would expect a full refund, not just for the item itself, but also the taxes, delivery fees, and tips I paid. Additionally, I believe compensation is warranted due to the health risks I am now facing. The juice bottle I received was also dented.
It fell far below even basic expectations.
I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves its packaging and quality control. I’m open to updating this review if the situation is resolved to my satisfaction.

These are my favorite cinnamon buns! Initially I was a bit hesitant to try these vegan versions but omg they're the best cinnamon buns I've ever had. The icing is my favorite part. It's light and sweet but not overly sweet and artificial like other brands. You can eat a whole one and not feel gross or heavy afterwards. I ordered via Uber and they arrived in perfect condition.

The food is always delicious, there’s no complaints there. What I have an issue with is that my husband and I will order our own rolls and one of them will always have a lacklustre amount of icing on it while the other seems to have a mountain. Whenever we address with the workers, they always put more on the one that had less, but rather than get a new pan of icing, scrape the sides of the near empty one for dear life to just barely manage enough to put onto the roll.
