Okay, first of all this is fast food so when I gave the food and atmosphere 5 stars it was with that in mind. It's all about expectations. The service though is 5 star through and through. Everytime I've been here the staff have been very friendly, accommodating and efficient. It was busy when I was there this time and 3 gentlemen, pleasant and unruffled, were working their way through the queue. AND you should see how much meat they put on the shwarmas. Maybe I should have led with that but the pleasantness of the staff was on my mind.

I recently visited Classic Shawarma in Stittsville, close to Carp Road, and it was an excellent experience. The restaurant is very clean, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
I met the team—Mohammad, Yasir, and Rieda )and they were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and attentive, they really made the visit enjoyable.
The food was outstanding: the shawarma was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Generous portions, great taste, and fair prices—it’s easily one of the best shawarma spots in the area.
If you’re in Stittsville near Carp Road, I highly recommend stopping by Classic Shawarma. Great food, great people, and a place you’ll definitely want to come back to!

I honestly think it’s near impossible to choose the single best shawarma in ottawa, but understand that this place is comfortably part of the highest, most elite echelon of shawarma joints. The turnips are blindingly fresh and neon pink. It’s always clean inside. The meat is never dry. The guys working here are friendly, funny, and can fill a shawarma sandwich well beyond what should be physically possible. Been coming here for years and I will continue to do so because these guys are the SEAL Team 6 of Shawarma.

Great veg grrat sauce chicken is incredible and beef also. A step above typical quality the chicken is some of the most flavourful tender chicken ive had in shawarma as well for 2 smalls they were absolutely huge.

I wanted to like this place so bad! First time ordering, chicken was so bland, and I asked for onion, turnips, garlic on my sandwich with no tomatoes as i'm allergic. Well I got none of the above but got tomatoes! Garlic potatoes were good! Unfortunately I dont think I'll give them another shot.
