Love the Clocktower, great food, prices, drinks and staff!!

Bought 5 beers for the two of us. Charged for 6. Cajun wings are amazing. Nachos were soggy and had BBQ sauce on them for some reason...yuk. beer is great. Seats at the bar are uncomfortable after awhile. No music. 1000 tvs playing the same thing. The best nachos have cheese, jalopemos, and green onion...with green and red salsa on the side and sour creme on the side.

The food and atmosphere were okay. Nothing bad and nothing remarkable.

It was very off-putting for the server to remind us that the tip percentage is calculated on the amount charged to the credit card less than $15 gift card. And even moreso for him to watch me select a tip. Typically servers will look away or be more discreet. I'm well aware how to tip and especially generous in the days leading up to Christmas.

kind of a default westboro place to go. food was fine, server was great. both urinals in the men's room were taped up in garbage bags and it was freezing, which to me seemed to embody the decline of the clocktower chain.

Autos Richmond street in a West End.It's pretty busy street with a unique restaurants and a like businesses.It's home to clock tower brew pub west.
Plenty of parking but only on the street sometimes behind the buildings.
Very interesting décor and plenty of space.Interesting menu options and service was very very fast and friendly.
Food arrived in timely fashion and it was delicious.
Go back in there for sure.Thank you

The bartender identified an error in the glass that was used to serve the drink I had ordered and immediately made efforts to correct this error without being prompted by me. I was happy to see the integrity.

I've only been in here for drinks, never food. You can always seem to get a table or a spot at the bar. Read into that as you wish. Pretty big patio. Decent location.

Popped into this busy street pub and enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere. The food was good, classic pub dishes that hit the spot, even if nothing extraordinary. Service was friendly and efficient, making the visit comfortable and easy. It’s a great place if you want a casual drink and a bite without any fuss.

Sat on the patio with friends. Got the Duck Fat Fries for the table, which were incredible, and got a Supreme Burger, with the ESB to wash it down. The onions rings weren't fresh, but super crispy. The burger was absolutely fantastic and I would get it again in a heartbeat. Seriously, it's one of the tastiest burgers I've had in Ottawa, period. The ESB, made in-house, was also an absolute delight. I will come back to Ottawa someday and I will 100% eat here again.

Nothing short of great experience. As someone that has spent a few years in the industry, I am always grateful for the little things that personalize an experience. I felt like my requests mattered, and the extra effort was put in. The food was generous, the atmosphere was just what I needed, and the service was spectacular. Emily was funny, courteous and expeditious. Thank you Clocktower for a top notch evening.
