I always make sure to grab a drink when I pass by this place because, you know, it’s just such a treat. My experiences have always been positive, smooth ordering, tasty drinks, and the servers? They’ve always been so friendly and pleasant.

UNTIL TONIGHT. I ordered and paid, then stood there watching these two young ladies make my drink right in front of me. They sealed the cup, placed it on the counter, and then… left it there. They saw me, I stood less than two meters away, well within their line of sight and they purposely ignored me for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, they giggled, chitchatted, or cleaned kitchen utensils while giggling and chitchatting, basically doing everything except giving me the drink I had already paid for. But hey, no big deal, right? I mean, there were only a few customers, so obviously, they weren’t too busy. It’s almost impressive, really.. like they were putting on a live show of "How Much Can We Ignore a Customer?" I can only assume they must really hate their jobs. But as an innocent customer, I don’t think I deserve to be treated like this. It’s just so… unprofessional. I’ve been here many times before and have never seen servers so blatantly enjoying themselves in front of customers. Nope, never once did they hold my drink captive for ten minutes, and there was no giggling on the job UNTIL TONIGHT.

By the way, why don’t these two ladies have name tags on while all the others do? Just curious. Well, maybe next time I should peek through the window before going in, just to make sure these two aren't around. You know, just to avoid a little dose of "Unhappiness from CoCo drinks!"

Or maybe I should just avoid this place at all costs.

First time trying Coco Fresh Tea. I ordered a medium pearl milk tea with more ice and 30% sugar. My order came to almost $7. I do like the consistency of their pearls, but I do find both the pearls and milk tea a little on the sweet side. I was the only person in store so the service was quick to the point. The restaurant itself was fairly basic with large open area and a couple of tables and a bunch of along one wall.

Parking: There were a couple of parking spots in front of the store.

The milk tea is delicious, milky and creamy. Their pearls are chewy and soft! They also have a variety of options! This is my favorite bubble tea shop to go.

Worse service and staff ive ever encountered. Took so long no line up but i waited over 10 minutes and no response. The staff were just talking and not doing their job.

Service has gone significantly downhill. Staff are rude, unprofessional and impatient. Placed an online order and the staff did not address it until half an hour later. Staff were unapologetic.

I didn’t enjoy getting my kids being SSSSHHHED loudly by an employee across the floor while they were playing, since we had been waiting for about 30 minutes for 2 drinks. While waiting they also assumed we only paid for one drink, when our receipt indicated we paid for 2. It not only embarrassed my kids but ruined our night. Terrible service and atmosphere

I've been a loyal customer of this shop for many years. Every time I pass by T&T Supermarket, I would grab a drink. However, this will be my last visit to this shop! Some of the recent hires are quite racist. They greet and chat warmly with white customers but are indifferent or even rude to others. They even set aside taking to chat with other customers who already ordered and ignore my inquiries. I've waited for half an hour at this shop before, but I didn't mind because it was crowded. However, today there were two groups of customers (including me), and she chose to chat with the previous customer rather than assist me, even skipping me to handle a later Uber order without responding to me. At least two other staff members noticed me and were chatting while standing. Thank you. I'm now sitting in another bubble tea shop writing these comments.

Love this location. Went in for afternoon drink. Hue is such a champion at managing drinks and cash all by himself. Made the best drinks. This young man deserve bonuses! ?
