Saturday night the restaurant is full and it is very noisy i.e. almost impossible to talk to people across the table. The food as usual is excellent. Tables near the door get cold air every time the door opens. Our waitress had a low voice and strong accent so we had difficulty understanding her and she mixed up the order so she may have had trouble due to the noise level understand us?
Excellent food! Service was a little clunky, but the Maitre D' was doing a good job. A couple bussers, to pour water and clear tables, would be a good idea. The ambience was very nice, and the Kerala cuisine was fantastic. The lamb shank was our favorite dish.
I just wanted to share my thoughts on a fantastic restaurant I recently visited in Ottawa. I have to say, it easily ranks among the best dining experiences I've had in the city. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was just right. Not only was the service top-notch, but the prices were also very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. And speaking of the food...
