Located at the side of an auto shop also owned by this mysterious Coco (does not seem to be affiliated with the bubble tea chain), and guarded by a small stack of tires painted like a Minion. It's cute and has that small town charm. I ordered the soft serve with two added flavours. Size of the cone is very fair for the price. Creaminess of the soft serve is pretty decent, not as rich as the Costco soft serve (in my opinion), but no complaints. The added flavours swirls are not super intense, but still fun. It hit the spot! There was a buy one get one free promo that was applied on the spot so for two snack cones (BOGO) and one regular (with added flavours swirls) the total was a little more than $5. In this economy who can be mad at that! I also appreciate the picnic tables in front. Gives you a nice view of the scenic Carling Road lol.

I have no idea why this has such good reviews. We ordered milkshakes and both were extremely runny and watery. The Oreos didn’t taste fresh, and the chocolate hazelnut one tasted like fake syrup. We threw them away. Honestly the worst milkshake I’ve ever had.

This was a great place to get soft serve ice cream. The prices are good and the ice cream tastes wonderful. To texture was smooth and nice. I want to come back here again.
Also, there's a parking lot on the side where you can park to step out and grab your order at the window.

Really neat little ice cream spot! Lots of flavours to choose from, and very quick service. There are some spots to sit at outside, but not many. I chose the banana swirl cone, and it was delicious!

After going to three other ice cream locations that no longer have chocolate vanilla twist, we happened upon Coco's. I was so excited to fulfill my cravings for a swirl cone. I had a chocolate vanilla swirl in a waffle cone and it was delicious.The menu here is so exciting, extensive and creative. I love my traditional swirl but I may have to go back to try all the different flavours and other options. The sky is the limit with this place. Flavours like the Pina Colada sounds amazing. Milkshakes, coffees, sundaes, blizzards, bubble tea, cones, toppings, so many things to try.They have a few seats outside. They take debit, cash, or credit. Staff was super kind. Parking is limited in the Michelin Tire parking lot, but when we went, the tire place was closed, so there was a ton of parking available.Definitely will be going back, even though we live across the city, it is well worth it for delicious ice cream.
