Great tarts we can't find in Montreal all of them are tasty

Highly recommend!! The baker is so kind and he bakes everything fresh daily. The butter tarts are amazing. Perfect amount of crust and amazing fillings. We couldn’t pick favourites because they were all so good but lemon meringue and double double stood out because they are so creative. I recommend trying all of the flavours though! I have ordered over 2 boxes in the past week alone! Can’t wait to try the cheesecakes and other tarts next. Also hint: call and order ahead, I got a free butter tart!! And no tax if you buy more than 6!

I got some butter tarts to go and they were amazing- classic, peanut butter and chocolate, almond-raspberry, apple crumble, and meringue. Adrian was extremely friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back to get more treats in the future, and next time maybe try the pizza!

Adrian who is responsible for the desserts? that's why you come here. The butter tarts. Ignore the place further down Greenbank that markets its buttertarts as the best in the city: they're wrong.

The pizzas: The previous owner did better. Current owner is ok. The rest of the place is pretty much 'modest corner store'

One of the better pizzas iv’e had. Best pizza iv’e had from milano’s hands down. The young gentleman who made the pizza was clearly very good at what he did and really patient with me. Its a convenient store so don't expect a 5 star sit down dinner. But if you get the pleasure of having this man prepare your food you’ll be surprised at the quality. 2:28 am Friday morning

Dark and dingy corner store. On 2 separate occasions we purchased food items from the convenience store that were not good anymore.

The milk was within the "best-before" date, but once we opened it that evening, it had gone sour.

We purchased 2 bags of overpriced candies and upon inspection at home, they were expired by over a year.

Will not go back to this convenience store. The Milano's pizza is top tier though. Haven't tried the baked good, but other review say they're good.

Had no idea what a gem this place is. Asked my hubby to get me something sweet to try and he brought him two pastries that were 10/10 . Some chocolate brownie moose and some PB tart.

I ate them both without sharing .

We will be back and regular customers .

These are hands down the best butter tarts in Ottawa. The service was fantastic and the selection of assorted tarts made it hard to choose which one would be my first. See you soon Joe's convenience.... Diabetes take the wheel!!!

Hidden gem for butter tarts. They are amazing and the staff is always friendly.

Hot subs didn’t have much meat in them, especially the club sub with only one slice of turkey.
